Straight answers
- Who is it for?
- Anyone selling a project: builders with a display home or a house-and-land release, developers, and the agents selling for them.
- Are there any ongoing costs?
- No. Hosting is included for the campaign. You only pay again if you choose an add-on. Monthly add-ons run for a minimum of three months.
- How long does the introductory price last?
- While the spots last. After that it goes to $20,000 + GST, and what is included stays the same.
- Is there a full walkthrough video?
- The campaign film is a walkthrough of up to 30 seconds. The ten social videos are short cuts for the feed. Longer walkthroughs are quoted separately.
- Who owns what?
- The renders, the film and the social files are yours outright on final payment. The domain is yours. The site runs on our infrastructure, hosting included, for the campaign. If you would rather host it yourself, we hand over the code.
- What happens to the site when the project sells?
- It comes down when the project sells out or the campaign ends. If you want to keep it, we hand over the code.
- How long does it take?
- The delivery date is on the quote before you commit.
