Terms of Service
Last updated 6 May 2026
The short version
You send us photos. We send you back renders and edits. We charge you for the work. If you’re not happy, we revise it until you are. If you’re on a monthly plan and it’s not working out, you get your money back within the first 30 days.
The rest of this page covers the details.
What reIMG does
reIMG provides image rendering, virtual staging, and photo editing services. You provide us with source photos and a brief describing what you need. We produce and deliver the finished images to you, typically within 24 hours.
How pricing works
- Pay per job: We quote each job upfront before you commit. You only pay if you want to proceed. The price we quote is the price you pay.
- Monthly plans: A recurring subscription with a set number of jobs or credits per month. Billed monthly in advance.
- All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. If you’re outside Australia, GST may not apply.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future work, but we’ll never change the price of a job after you’ve approved a quote.
Free first job
Your first job with reIMG is free. No payment details required. This is so you can see the quality of our work before committing to anything. The free job includes revisions, just like a paid job.
Revisions
Every job comes with unlimited revisions at no extra charge. If the render or edit isn’t right, tell us what needs changing and we’ll redo it. Revisions are typically returned same-day.
A revision means adjusting the work we’ve delivered, not starting a completely new job. If you want something fundamentally different from the original brief, that’s a new job and we’ll quote it separately.
Money back guarantee
If you’re on a monthly plan and not satisfied with the service within the first 30 days, we’ll refund your subscription in full. No questions asked. Just let us know.
This doesn’t apply to individual pay-per-job work, since those are quoted and approved upfront and include unlimited revisions.
Payment terms
- Pay-per-job work is invoiced on delivery.
- Monthly plans are billed at the start of each billing cycle.
- Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept bank transfer and major credit cards.
Late payments may result in us pausing work on your account until the balance is settled.
What you’re responsible for
- Having the right to share what you send us. If you’re sending photos of someone else’s property, you need their permission. We trust that you have it.
- Providing accurate briefs. The better your brief, the better the result. If something’s unclear, we’ll ask.
- Using the images appropriately. Our renders and edits are for commercial and professional use in your business. Don’t misrepresent a render as a photograph of completed work, and make sure your use complies with any relevant advertising or consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
What we’re responsible for
- Delivering work that matches your brief to a professional standard.
- Communicating clearly about timelines, pricing, and any issues.
- Keeping your photos and data secure.
- Revising work until you’re happy with it.
Intellectual property
- Your photos: You own everything you send us. We don’t claim any rights over your source images.
- Our work: Once you’ve paid for a job, the rendered or edited images are yours to use in your business. You get a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use them commercially.
- Our tools and processes: The technology, workflows, and methods we use remain ours.
Cancellation
- Pay per job: No commitment, nothing to cancel. Just stop sending work.
- Monthly plans: Cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. No early termination fees.
Limitation of liability
We do our best to deliver great work, but we can’t guarantee specific business outcomes from using our images. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, talk to us first. Most issues can be resolved with a conversation. If we can’t sort it out between us, any dispute will be governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make changes that meaningfully affect your rights, we’ll let you know. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
