When you use reIMG, we collect:

Contact details you provide: your name, email address, and phone number if you give it to us.
Business context you share: your industry, the products or services you offer, and any project details you include in a brief.
Photos and images you send us for rendering or editing.
Usage data: basic analytics like page views and how you found us. We don’t track you across other sites.

We don’t collect anything we don’t need. If you email us a photo and a one-line brief, that’s all we have.

How we use it

We use your information to:

Deliver the renders and edits you’ve asked for.
Communicate with you about your jobs, revisions, and account.
Improve our service based on how people use it.
Send you occasional updates if you’ve opted in. You can unsubscribe any time.

We don’t sell your data. We don’t use your photos for marketing without your permission. We don’t share your information with anyone who isn’t directly involved in delivering your work.

Your photos and images

This is important. You send us photos of properties, rooms, products, and job sites. Here’s how we handle them:

We use your photos only to produce the work you’ve requested.
We don’t publish, share, or use your photos for anything else without your explicit consent.
We store images securely for the duration of your project and a reasonable period afterwards so we can handle revisions or follow-up work.
If you want us to delete your images, let us know and we will.

If you’re sending us photos of someone else’s property, home, or space, it’s your responsibility to have permission to do so. This applies to real estate agents photographing listings, tradies photographing client sites, and designers photographing customer homes. We trust that you have the right to share what you send us.

Tools and services we use

We use third-party tools to deliver our service, including cloud storage, image processing, and communication platforms. Some of these are operated by companies based outside Australia. We choose providers with strong privacy practices, but we want you to know that your data may be processed in other jurisdictions.

We don’t hand your data to these providers for their own use. They process it on our behalf, under our instructions, to deliver your work.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies for basic site functionality and anonymous analytics. We don’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If you’d prefer no cookies at all, your browser settings can handle that and the site will still work.

Payment information

We don’t store your credit card or payment details directly. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers who handle all card data under PCI-DSS compliance. We only receive confirmation that a payment was made.

Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. This includes encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure cloud storage, and limited access to your data within our team. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your information the way we’d want ours treated.
