TALLOW at blue hour from above the creek, the building dark but for one lit living room, as the drone waits to rise up and over

Social content from your renders

Social content that stops the scroll.

Vertical video, carousels and stories, cut from the renders we already hold.

The idea

One render set.

All the content the project needs

to crush the social feeds.

Nothing shot, nothing staged. Every cut, tile and story comes from the files we already hold, and the building in every frame is the building in your model.

The formats

Every format, from one set

Each slot names the cut that lands in it.

Golden-hour walk-through: gliding from the back of the living room toward the open doors, dissolving into the kitchen past the stone island and timber joinery, and on into the main bedroom to settle on the creek view

Fly-through

Reels, TikTok, Shorts.

Timelapse of the waterfront apartment building from mid-afternoon to dusk: clouds cross, the tide rises up the sandstone wall, and the apartments light up one by one

Day to dusk

Reels, TikTok, Shorts.

A white clay model of the apartment building wipes across to the finished dusk render from the same camera: timber screens, lit apartments, garden and creek

CAD to final

The process, as the hook.

Construction timelapse from a fixed drone: the slab under a tower crane, the concrete frame rising as the sky clouds over, the facade closing in under big cumulus, then the scaffold down, the gardens planted and golden hour

Build progress

Reels, TikTok, Shorts.

Slow close-ups of the kitchen finishes, the veined stone waterfall edge, the timber joinery with its finger pulls and the bronze gooseneck tap, then a pull back to the whole kitchen at dusk

Finish reveal

Reels, TikTok, Shorts.

Story one: the apartment building from the air, on the creek below the wooded headland, the beach and ocean beyond
Story two, morning: a couple with coffee at the balustrade of the deck, mist lifting off the creek below
Story three: the creek mouth at golden hour, sand flats and pandanus, the headland across the water
Story four: an older couple over coffee at the village café a short walk away, she mid-sentence, he with the paper on his knee
Story five: a family at the local beach in the late afternoon, a father digging in the sand with the toddler, the mother on a towel, the older child running into the wash
Story six: early laps at the ocean rock pool below the headland, a woman in a white swimsuit on the edge watching her husband swim, waves washing over the far wall
Story seven: the main bedroom at dusk, linen bed against board-marked concrete, the creek through floor-to-ceiling glass
Story eight: the building lit at dusk, timber screens glowing and the entry lights on

Story

Stories.

Carousel tile one: the building from the promenade at dusk, apartments lit warm above the creek
Carousel tile two: the living room opening onto the balcony, the creek and headland at dusk
Carousel tile three: the kitchen, a limestone island and spotted gum joinery, dusk through the glass
Carousel tile four: dusk aerial of the building on the creek mouth, the headland and surf beach beyond

Carousel

The feed.

The dusk exterior cropped square: three stepped volumes lit warm, the building reflected in the creek under a rose sky

The hero still

The feed.

A 30-second property film at dusk: the building from the promenade, arriving at the lit entry, slow moves through the living room, kitchen, dining room, main bedroom and bathroom, then a drone pull-back over the creek and the beach, captioned for sound off

How it’s made

AI in the pipeline, a person on every cut

Source
The renders we made for you, or the ones you send. The source render is the reference every frame is checked against.
Motion
Camera moves and light changes are generated from the render and directed shot by shot. The geometry does not drift.
Cut
Pacing, hooks, captions and end frames are edited for each platform, not exported once and resized.
Sound
Licensed music, cleared for social. Silent first, so the cut works with the sound off.
Formats
9:16 for Reels, TikTok and Shorts. 4:5 and 1:1 for the feed. 9:16 stories. 16:9 for LinkedIn and YouTube.
Delivery
Files sized and named per platform, with captions and a posting order. Yours outright.

FAQ

Questions people often ask

Do you post for us, or deliver the files?

We deliver the files, cut to size and captioned for each platform, with a posting order. If you would rather we ran the accounts, ask when you get a quote.

Is the music licensed?

Yes. Tracks come from a licensed library cleared for social use. If your brand has its own music, send it.

Do videos come with captions?

Yes. Captions are burnt in where the platform needs them and supplied as a file where it does not. Most feeds run with the sound off, so every cut works silent.

Can you match our brand?

Yes. Send the brand guide or the last campaign and the type, colour and end frames follow it. Agencies can white-label the lot.

Can you make content from renders we already have?

Yes. Send the files and we cut from them. It works best from a set we rendered, because we hold every angle and every intermediate frame, so there is more to cut from.

Is it AI-generated?

Partly, and we say so. The camera moves and the light changes are generated from the render and directed shot by shot, and every frame is checked against the source render so the building stays the building. The cut, the pacing, the captions and the music are done by hand.

Send us the renders.

Or tell us about the project and we cut from the set we make.
