- The biggest lever. The set is priced as a whole, and more frames is more money.
- Complexity
- A streetscape with landscaping and neighbouring buildings takes more than one facade.
- Lighting
- Dusk and night shots take more than daylight.
- The date
- A rush costs more than the standard clock.
- Modelling
- We render geometry, we do not create it. If the model still needs building, it is generally best to update the model within the existing architectural pipeline.

Why fixed prices?
Hourly quoting is how render jobs blow out. You get one number up front, confirmed after we check your file, and it moves with image count and complexity. Nothing else.
Per image or per project?
Per pack. You brief the job, we confirm one number for the whole set. No meter running while you decide on a fourth angle.
Why is one render $600 and another $4,000?
Image count, mostly. Then complexity: a full streetscape takes more than a single facade, dusk takes more than daylight, and a rush costs more than the standard date. The quote itemises it straight.
Can you quote before I have a final model?
Yes. For ideas and options, PDF plans are enough and the number comes back the same day. For a marketing set we quote from a finished model or the renders you already have. A model that still needs modelling is archviz, and we will say so on the call.
Who owns the images?
You do. Outright, on final payment. Ads, portals, print, hoardings, socials. We only show your project in our portfolio with your permission.
Has AI made rendering cheaper?
Yes, and we pass it on. The hours studios bill for have collapsed, which is why these prices look the way they do. A person still makes every call and checks every image before it ships.
Do prices include GST?
Prices are + GST. Your quote shows the inclusive total, and every job gets a tax invoice.
