Apartment study: street view of a mid-rise with white precast frames and timber soffits at dusk, apartments unevenly lit and the corner wine bar glowing at street level

3D rendering for architects

The design stays yours. The rendering flows.

An industry partner for architects and draftspeople: your models, your direction, rendered fast and checked against your file.

Why us

You already render.

The tools keep improving.

Your week does not get longer.

We are not here to replace your process; we are building tooling around it. Send the model when deadlines stack or a client wants options: the rendering flows, checked against your file, under your name if you like. The creativity, the judgement and the geometry stay exactly where they belong: with you.

The work

What practices use us for

01

The crunch week

Three deadlines and one visualiser, or none. Send the overflow: your models, your direction, back as finished frames while the studio stays on design.

02

The options round

The client wants six directions by Friday. Materials, massing, moods: a spread from your model without burning the hours you costed for design development.

03

The drafting practice

Plenty of documentation practices have no viz arm at all. Bolt one on: your title block, our pipeline, finished images your builder clients sign off fast.

04

White-label

Your name on the frames if you want it. We are the pipeline, not the brand, and the client relationship stays yours.

The demo

From your model to the frames

Left is your geometry. Right is your geometry, lit. Nothing in between changes it.

The apartment study as a working model: white clay massing with edge lines from the same street camera, glazing flat, every element in place

Your model

The SketchUp or IFC model, exactly as you drew it.

The same camera rendered: the apartment study at dusk with unevenly lit apartments and the corner wine bar glowing at street level

The frames

Rendered and checked against your file: nothing moved, nothing invented.

Pricing

Priced before we start.

Scoped to the set, + GST on everything. The number on the quote is the number on the invoice.

Launch

Campaign

from $2,100 + GST

The finished set from the final model. One grade across every image, checked against your file.

Practices with steady overflow run subscriptions: your grade on file, member rates, your jobs first in the queue.

FAQ

Questions people often ask

We already render in-house. Why send it out?

Keep rendering in-house; the tools are good and getting better. The question is hours. When deadlines stack or a client wants a spread of options, sending the model out costs less than the design time it displaces. You direct; we produce.

Will you change our design?

Never. We render geometry, we do not create it. Your model is the source of truth, every frame is checked against it, and design changes only ever come from you.

Can this be white-label?

Yes. Your name on the frames, our name nowhere. The client relationship stays yours.

What formats do you take?

SketchUp natively, or an IFC export from Revit, ArchiCAD or Rhino, with the PDF set for reference. Send it with the camera and mood direction and we take it from there. Finishes broadly decided is the line: we interpret a palette, we do not read a schedule to the product code.

Who owns the images?

Your practice does, outright, on final payment. Folio, client presentations, competitions, marketing.

How fast is it?

Days, not weeks, with exploration sets the quickest. Your quote has the delivery date on it before you commit.
