3D architectural rendering, also called architectural visualisation or archviz: photorealistic images of a building that does not exist yet, made from its plans. You send the file, we set up the shots, render, check every image against your model, and hand back campaign-ready visuals.

What the images do
Winning the quote
Three builders quote the same project and the client can only picture one of them finished. A render in your quote shows the built result while the others are still words and line drawings. It is the cheapest sales tool in construction.
Unlocking presales
Australian lenders typically want presales covering 100 to 120% of construction debt before releasing finance. Off-the-plan buyers purchase from images of apartments that do not exist yet, so the render set is not marketing garnish. It is the thing the finance depends on.
Getting through council

Questions people often ask
What do you need to start?
Whatever the project has. For ideas and options, anything: PDF plans and elevations will do. For a marketing set, a finished model or the renders you already have. Send it with a few lines on what you need, and the quote comes back with the price and the date.
What if I don't have a 3D model?
We render geometry, we do not create it. Your architect or draftsperson owns the model, and they are better at it than we are. For ideas and options we work from whatever you have. For marketing images the model has to be finished, or the renders already made. If the model still needs building, it is generally best to update the model within the existing architectural pipeline.
How fast is fast?
Days, not weeks. Exploration sets are the quickest. Your quote has the delivery date on it before you commit to anything.
Why are the prices fixed?
Hourly quoting is how render jobs blow out. You get one number up front, confirmed after we check your file, and it moves with image count and complexity. Nothing else.
What is the difference between Exploration and Campaign?
Exploration explores: quick, honest to the design, made for deciding. Campaign commits: your final model, specified cameras and materials, checked before it ships. Every job says which it is.
How many revisions are included?
One round on Exploration. Two on Campaign, plus a proof you approve before finals.
Who owns the images?
You do. Outright, on final payment. Ads, portals, print, hoardings, socials. We only show your project in our portfolio with your permission.
What do finals come as?
High-res files sized for what you are doing with them: portals, print, hoardings, social. Agreed at brief, included in the price.
What if the design changes mid-job?
Send the new file. A design change lands as one of your revision rounds and gets re-rendered. A real redesign is re-quoted straight: what changed, what it costs, what it does to the date.
Are my drawings confidential?
Yes. Your drawings make your images and do nothing else. Want an NDA before you send anything? Happy to.
Do you use AI?
Yes. What it does this year was science fiction two years ago. A person still directs every job and checks every image against your model. AI applied to your real geometry, never AI inventing a building.
Do prices include GST?
Prices are + GST. Your quote shows the inclusive total, and every job gets a tax invoice.
